• Travel times are subject to change due to traffic conditions enroute. Please allow ample time for your journey to and from airport.
• We shall not liable for any loss, cost or expense suffered by you as a result of any delays to any services except in case of gross negligence or willful misconduct..
• Timetables and fares are subject to change without notice.
• Smoking is not permitted on any part of our vehicles.
• Please refrain from talking on the phone for everyone's comfort.
• Most of our buses are equipped with toilets. It's good to know it on long-haul journey or very short transit at airport.
• You are not allowed to board the service, if no seats are available on your selected service.
• On some routes, passengers are invited to board on a first‐come‐first‐served basis. No standing room are available as standing onboard is against the safety requirement.
• Some buses are equipped with jump seats. Even if you travel in jump seat, there will be no refund for the difference with ordinary seats.
• You don't need to be a hotel guest when you travel from hotel. Please check with hotel staff for booking as early as possible.
• The child fare is a half of regular fare(Round up less than 10 YEN) and apply to children aged 6 to 12(Elementary School) Children aged 0 to 5 and not using their own seats may travel for free. However if they need their own seats, they shall qualify for child fare.
