①At the Limousine Bus counter inside the arrival lobby of Narita Airport/Haneda Airport, please ask for the transfer discount service to Hakuba or Hida Takayama, and purchase the standard fare for the ride to Shinjuku Expwy. Bus Terminal. You will be handed the ticket and receipt, together with the“ Transfer Information and Discount Coupon.
- Reservation is required for riding the highway bus from Shinjuku to Hakuba or Hida Takayama. Please be sure to make a reservation in advance.
②At the 4th floor Highwaybus.com counter of Shinjuku Expwy. Bus Terminal, please present the Limousine Bus receipt and discount coupon you received at the airport. You can purchase the highway bus ticket to Hakuba or Hida Takayama at a discounted price.
- On your return journey heading to Narita Airport/Haneda Airpor from Hakuba or Hida Takayama, you can purchase the Chuo Highway Bus ticket and Limousine Bus ticket coupon for a bundled price.

Please note

The validity period for the discount coupon is up to 7 days from the first one-way use of the ticket.
This discount service cannot be used in combination with other discounted tickets.
This discount does not apply for services after 24:00 from Haneda Airport due to the additional late night service charges.
Additional service charges may apply for riding the Chuo Highway Bus depending on the day and service.
【About refunds】 For bus tickets departing from the airport, please go to the counter where you purchased the tickets. For bus tickets departing from Hakuba/Hida Takayama (limited to unused tickets within the validity period), please go to any of the sales offices (however, a prescribed handling charge will apply).
Please understand that buses may be delayed due to traffic conditions or other unavoidable circumstances. Please be sure to schedule plenty of time for transfers of highway buses.
